ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Guidelines for incoming students

The International Relations Office (IRO) staff has prepared this document containing all the important information for incoming students to successfully complete their exchange program. You should carefully read this information in order to avoid setbacks and further complications.

Updated list of courses (italian and english) for a.y. 2024/25

In this section you will find the updated list of courses that will be offered by the Department of Economics and Management for the Academic Year 24/25.

List Of Courses 2024/25

Before arriving, please follow these important steps:

  • While you are still abroad you could register online through the Alice portal, in order to obtain the credentials useful to complete the enrollment procedure at the University of Pisa. How to register on the Alice Portal? CLICK HERE to download the information sheet!
    • When you register on the Alice portal, you will see that your tax code (codice fiscale) will be automatically generated by the system, so you can forward with no problems at all. However, please consider that the tax ID generated on the Alice portal is not the official one. 
    • After registration, there may be a case when you may not be able to access your account as an error will appear. In this case, you need to reset your password by clicking on the “Password recovery” button.
  • Fill in and submit the Application form incoming students in which you will be asked to upload the Learning Agreement before the mobility and obtain the validation from the CAI

 

Before and during the mobility must be signed by both Universities during your erasmus period.

 

AFTER MOBILITY PROCESS

All the students should follow some procedures before leaving Pisa, in order to complete all the documents that they need.

After the mobility will be signed by the Dipartimento di Economia e Management dell’Università di Pisa.

Then the student can ask to the IRO for the after the Mobility (that will be provided at home University as documents of  passed exams FOR RECEIVING THE LAST PART OF  SCOLARSHIP).

If the students have attended the Italian Language exam, it is necessary to bring the Certificate of the CLI in order to add the Italian exam at the After the Mobility.

A few days before leaving, the student must go to the IRO to collect the documents and your Certificate of Attendance.
