Bando Erasmus+ per la mobilità studenti 2025/26 - Dipartimento di Economia e Management

Comunichiamo che è stato aperto il Bando Erasmus+ per la mobilità studenti 2025/26.

Il Bando e tutte le informazioni utili sono disponibili sulla pagina del sito di Ateneo.

La scadenza per la presentazione delle domande è fissata alle ore 12:00 del 23 aprile 2025.

Il servizio IRO (International Relations Office) del Dipartimento di Economia e Management ha attivato una serie di attività per dare supporto agli studenti che vogliono presentare domanda di partecipazione.

In particolare, è possibile:

partecipare al SEMINARIO DI ORIENTAMENTO che si svolgerà in presenza presso l’aula Magna del dipartimento di Economia e Management, lunedì 7 aprile 2025 dalle ore 14.30 alle 15,30. E’ possibile partecipare all’evento anche tramite la Piattaforma Teams al link
rivolgersi allo sportello COUNSELING IRO situato al secondo piano del Dipartimento, stanza 210, aperto dal lunedì al giovedì con orario 9-12, in presenza oppure scrivendo una mail a ufficioiro.outgoing@gmail.com;
consultare il FILE DELLA MAPPATURA ERASMUS –> mappatura storica indicativa degli esami sostenuti all’estero e di quelli riconosciuti al rientro in Italia, diviso per singoli corsi di studio e per singole sedi;
consultare le FACT SHEET –> file con tutte le informazioni rilevanti delle singole sedi con cui abbiamo un accordo (scadenze, offerta formativa, calendario didattico, requisiti linguistici);
consultare la pagina sul sito di dipartimento dedicata alla mobilità Erasmus per studio

Si ricorda inoltre che i requisiti per partecipare al bando Erasmus+ 2025 per gli studenti del Dipartimento di Economia e Management sono i seguenti:

Lauree di I livello: Aver acquisito almeno 24 CFU per le lauree triennali (escluso MBE). Per la laurea triennale in Management for Business and Economics aver acquisito 21 CFU. A seconda delle mete prescelte, potrebbe essere necessario possedere (o essere in grado di acquisire prima della partenza) il livello/certificato linguistico previsto dall’accordo. Lauree di II livello: Nessun numero minimo di CFU richiesto. A seconda delle mete prescelte, potrebbe essere necessario possedere (o essere in grado di acquisire prima della partenza) il livello/certificato linguistico previsto dall’accordo. Questa informazione è riportata nella colonna “REQUISITI LINGUISTICI” delle DESTINAZIONI PER STUDIO
Dottorato: non è possibile svolgere la mobilità Erasmus nell’a.a. 2025/26.

Si specifica inoltre che:

gli studenti che hanno sostenuto l’esame di “Lingua Inglese” presso il nostro dipartimento durante il corso di laurea triennale a partire dall’a.a. 2018/19 possiedono il livello di lingua inglese pari a B2;
Il possesso di un livello di competenza linguistica non equivale al possesso di una certificazione internazionale, che si ottiene superando un esame ufficiale sulle diverse abilità linguistiche, somministrato da un ente accreditato;
gli esami registrati successivamente alla data di scadenza del bando non verranno presi in considerazione ai fini del punteggio. All’atto della sottomissione della domanda è cura dello studente controllare, accedendo alla propria area riservata del portale Alice, che i dati relativi alla sua carriera risultino correttamente registrati;
il Bando Erasmus 2025 non prevede la seconda riapertura, è possibile partecipare esclusivamente presentando domanda per il primo, per il secondo semestre o per l’intero a.a. entro la scadenza del 23.04.2025 alle ore 12;
Nel caso in cui lo stanziamento comunitario non fosse sufficiente a coprire tutte le mobilità assegnate, il periodo indicato nel contratto Erasmus potrebbe non essere interamente coperto da contributo comunitario o potrebbero essere stipulati contratti a zero grant.

We would like to inform you that the Erasmus+ Call for Student Mobility for the academic year 2025/26 is now open. The Call and all relevant information are available on the University website. The deadline for submitting applications is 12:00 PM on April 23, 2025.

The International Relations Office (IRO) of the Department of Economics and Management has launched a series of initiatives to support students who wish to apply.

In particular, students can:

– Attend the ORIENTATION SEMINAR, which will be held in person in the Aula Magna of the Department of Economics and Management on Monday, April 7, 2025, from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM. It will also be possible to attend the event via the Microsoft Teams platform at the following link

– Contact the IRO COUNSELING DESK, located on the second floor of the Department, room 210, open from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, either in person or by writing an email to ufficioiro.outgoing@gmail.com;

– Consult the ERASMUS MAPPING FILE → an indicative historical overview of exams taken abroad and those recognized upon return to Italy, organized by individual degree programs and host institutions;

– Consult the FACT SHEETS → documents containing all relevant information about partner universities (deadlines, course offerings, academic calendar, language requirements);

– Visit the departmental webpage dedicated to Erasmus outgoing students;

Please also note the eligibility requirements for students in the Department of Economics and Management applying to the 2025 Erasmus+ Call:

– Bachelor students: Students must have obtained at least 24 ECTS credits (excluding MBE). For the Bachelor’s Degree in Management for Business and Economics, a minimum of 21 ECTS is required. Depending on the chosen destination, a specific language level or certificate may be required (or must be obtained before departure). This information is provided in the “LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS” column of the Study Destinations file.

– Master students: No minimum number of ECTS credits is required. However, depending on the chosen destination, a specific language level or certificate may be required. This is indicated in the “LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS” column of the Study Destinations file.

– PhD students: Erasmus mobility is not available for the academic year 2025/26.

Additional information:

– Students who have passed the “English Language” exam at our Department in their Bachelor’s degree, since the academic year 2018/19, have achieved the B2 level of English language;

– Achieving a certain level of language proficiency is not the same as holding an international language certification, which is obtained by passing an official exam assessing various language skills, released by an accredited institution;

– Exams registered in Alice website after the application deadline will not be considered in the scoring process. Upon submitting the application, it is the student’s responsibility to check, through their personal area on the Alice portal, that all academic records are correctly updated;

– The 2025 Erasmus Call does not include a second reopening. Applications can only be submitted, for the mobility in the first semester, second semester, or the entire academic year, by the deadline of April 23, 2025, at 12:00 PM;

– If the EU funding is insufficient to cover all awarded mobilities, the period indicated in the Erasmus contract may not be fully covered by the grant, or zero-grant contracts may be issued.
